Falling just above the knee, Schneiders’ Geraldine is a slightly more agile take on the Hubertus. So iconic that in Italy it’s simply known as il Loden, the Hubertus began life as refined country attire for gentlemen. Every detail had a purpose: the inverted back pleat allowed greater ease on horseback, underarm vents gave freedom of movement and side openings provided quick access to trouser pockets. With its refined classic flair, Schneiders’ Hubertus feels right for every occasion, whether in the city or on long weekend escapes in nature.

Durable, warm and naturally water-repellent, Loden is Schneiders’ signature fabric. Born centuries ago in the mountains of Tyrol to protect against a cold and damp climate, it’s made from pure 100% wool. Our Loden is woven with exceptional care by one of the few remaining mills that still preserves traditional methods of production.
